Active:

ER-to-Cell Surface Transport and Signal Regulation of GPCRs- PI (40% effort) NIH 2R01GM076167 (2006-2014). The goal of this project is to define the molecular mechanism underlying the transport of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) from the endoplasmic reticulum through the Golgi to the plasma membrane and to elucidate a novel signal transduction pathway that mediates the activation of MAP kinases by GPCRs.
